Summer on a plate at Port Royal! A new culinary event series has launched at Port Royal restaurant, featuring special interpretations of the menu throughout the season.

After the success of a series of guest shifts with renowned chefs from around the globe, Port Royal returns with a new summer concept that’s sure to delight even the most discerning food lovers.

The new series of culinary residencies – Summer Club Royal – is a seasonal showcase of exceptional dinners inspired by selected ingredients, such as oysters. Together with special guests, the chefs will create limited-edition menu inserts available for just a few select days.

The Summer Club Royal lineup includes:
• July 10–13: Tuna Club
• July 31 – August 3: Ceviche Club
• August 21–24: Oyster Club × Ostra Regal

Throughout the series, the restaurant’s garden will host a themed live-cooking station serving fresh seafood – from oysters to striking swordfish – all in a relaxed, summery atmosphere that celebrates flavor. Festival dishes will complement the regular menu, turning every visit to Port Royal into a culinary highlight of the summer.
