BRUT

BRUT is a place inspired by the rawness of architecture, the history of Koszyki, and the elegance of simplicity. The name refers both to the dry taste of sparkling wines and to the brutalist character of the space – located in the historic Hala Koszyki, on the border of the original hall and its modern extension.

We serve the signature cuisine of Chef Jan Kilański, based on seasonal ingredients, natural products, and honest flavors. Our dishes are created with the shared table in mind – simple pleasures meant to be enjoyed together.

The interior, designed in collaboration with Loskiewicz. Studio, combines natural materials, classics of global design, and Polish craftsmanship. It is elegant, yet without unnecessary formality. That’s exactly how we approach hospitality – professional and attentive, but relaxed at the same time.

BRUT is a new project from the team behind concepts such as Alewino, Restauracja Muzealna, Cafe Pląs, Cafe Podrygi, and the Kukułka pastry shop chain.
