The first event of this kind in Poland - the Yamaha Silent Experience at Hala!
On Saturday, July 31, guests of Hala Koszyki will have the opportunity to experience a unique musical event called the Yamaha Silent Experience. This is the first multisensory event of its kind in this part of Europe, where the audience is completely immersed in music in an innovative and interactive way. The event will feature music from iconic video games and films, and admission is free.
The Yamaha Silent Experience will be the grand finale of the earlier CS:GO Walka o Koszyki tournament, organized by Globalworth and Erbud. On July 31, players from all over Poland will compete in the final of the popular video game Counter-Strike, played on a specially designed virtual map of the venue.
On the patio facing Koszykowa Street, there will be a Yamaha GB1K SC2 PE grand piano with a Silent system, where the Dombrova Piano Duo, a duet composed of two young and ambitious pianists from Dąbrowa Górnicza, Łukasz Szubski and Krzysztof Włodarczyk, will perform. They will present specially arranged music from some of the most well-known video games, including themes from Counter-Strike, The Witcher, Mario Bros, Final Fantasy, The Sims, Minecraft, Angry Birds, and Cyberpunk, as well as famous melodies from action movies.
Each participant will receive high-quality wifi headphones that allow them to hear the music in real-time. During the concert, the audience will have the freedom to move around, becoming part of the creative process. Thanks to the Yamaha Silent Experience, every viewer will be in their own rich and intimate microcosm. Free headphone rentals will be available starting at 9:15 PM at Hala Koszyki, and the number of headphones is limited.
The event is organized by Yamaha, the Julian Cochran Foundation, and Globalworth, the owner and manager of Hala Koszyki. The partners of the event include Sklep Muzyczny Pasja and Erbud Group. Admission is free.

About the Julian Cochran Foundation:
The Julian Cochran Foundation is a non-governmental organization that has been building a new audience open to classical music since December 2017. The foundation organizes weekly “Klasyka na Koszykach” (Classics at Koszyki) concerts in Warsaw’s Hala Koszyki, breaking stereotypes and proving that classical music can be enjoyed by everyone, in any situation. The foundation supports, promotes, and assists young artists, organizes events for children and adults, and runs the world’s first online piano competition. Education is a fundamental aspect of the foundation’s daily work, and many projects are created with this in mind. Each of the foundation’s activities expands the audience’s knowledge of classical music.
