Shared cooking returns to Koszyki. A new space for lovers of gatherings around the table and mindful eating!
The culinary workshop space at Hala Koszyki has a new host – Agata Jedynak’s Culinary Studio. Since the beginning of March, the mezzanine-level space once again welcomes guests for meetings, workshops, and cooking classes for both adults and children. The Culinary Studio perfectly aligns with the character of Hala Koszyki as a place for gathering around the table and preparing meals together.
As Poland’s first food hall, Hala Koszyki has long been the culinary heart of Warsaw—connecting outstanding gastronomic concepts, inspiring trends, and creating a space for the exchange of experiences. The opening of the Culinary Studio managed by Agata Jedynak underscores Koszyki’s mission as a place where preparing dishes becomes a field for education, imagination, and the formation of new friendships. It also fits perfectly within Hala Koszyki’s strategy as a space for meetings, culinary and aesthetic experiences, and cultural and social events.
“I am truly delighted to share my knowledge and passion for creating in the kitchen in such a welcoming yet prestigious space. The Culinary Studio has found its new home in the heart of Warsaw and the city’s culinary life, which for me is embodied by Hala Koszyki. It is the perfect space for workshops, cooking classes for adults and children, and gatherings around a shared table. In this new space, we will inspire mindful cooking and promote healthy eating habits. The studio is open not only to groups and Koszyki’s guests, but also to its tenants, who can organize their own culinary events here”, says Agata Jedynak, founder of the Culinary Studio.
„Hala Koszyki holds a strong position as one of Varsovians’ favorite meeting places, offering not only exceptional culinary experiences but also creating a space where gastronomic trends are shaped. The opening of the Culinary Studio on Koszyki’s mezzanine marks a further strengthening of its DNA as a space for meetings, sharing culinary inspiration, and knowledge,” says Weronika Maria Kuna, MRICS, Asset Management and Leasing Manager of Hala Koszyki at Globalworth Poland.
Since 2003, Agata Jedynak has been organizing events for companies, and since 2017, she has led culinary workshops. In 2020, she opened her Culinary Studio in Mokotów, focusing on nutritional education for children and parents. She now also operates a location in Łomianki. Her experience includes delivering over 1,000 workshops for leading companies, designing creative events led by an Expert Chef supported by culinary instructors, with precisely composed menus based on top-quality ingredients.
The Culinary Studio’s offering includes two main types of events: culinary workshops, training, and themed collections for companies, as well as a Culinary Club for children. Kids aged 4 and up can take part in workshops and culinary day camps, where they explore flavors and learn mindful food choices that will influence their everyday lives and future.

Hala Koszyki was built over 100 years ago on Koszykowa Street in Warsaw, on the site of the former Koszyki estate. Designed in the Art Nouveau style by architect Juliusz Dzierżanowski, it returned to the city map in the autumn of 2016 as a unique social and culinary destination, where guests can dine at a dozen restaurants and bars or shop for groceries to take home. The complex includes 16,000 sqm of office space and 6,500 sqm of retail space. Hala Koszyki is owned and managed by Globalworth. www.koszyki.com
