Port Royal stays at Hala Koszyki. One of the key gastronomic tenants extends its partnership.
Port Royal, one of the most important and recognizable culinary concepts at Hala Koszyki, will remain at Koszyki for the years to come. Present since the very first day of the food hall’s operation, the tenant has been co-creating its atmosphere and offer for nearly a decade, serving as a consistent point of reference for guests seeking quality, authenticity, and urban energy.
Port Royal is known for its top-quality products — fresh fish and seafood — refined cuisine, attentive service, and an elegant, cohesive interior design. The restaurant occupies approximately 160 sqm, complemented by a summer garden that, in season, naturally opens onto the lively patio along Koszykowa Street. Its consistent commitment to the highest standards of menu and service has made Port Royal one of the food hall’s signature venues and a key element of its carefully curated offering. The decision to continue operating at Koszyki reflects trust in the quality of management, mature cooperation, and the values that define the place: openness, diversity, and attention to detail.
Koszyki — combining historic architecture with a modern experience, a dynamic events program, and a selection of iconic culinary concepts — is an address where gastronomy, design, and the rhythm of the city come together as one.
“Port Royal co-creates the identity of Hala Koszyki. As one of our first tenants, present in the Hall since the very beginning, it strengthens Koszyki’s position as a vibrant, year-round culinary and social destination in the heart of Warsaw. The continuation of Port Royal’s presence confirms that trusted partnerships, a high standard of property management, and the everyday quality of the guest experience are essential to the success of the brand — both for the Hall as a whole and for the venues operating within it,” – says Weronika Maria Kuna, MIRCS, Asset Management & Leasing, Globalworth Poland.
“Port Royal has been at Koszyki since day one. Our decision to stay for the coming years is a continuation of a story built around product freshness, reliable service, and the atmosphere of a place that attracts guests every day. The summer garden and central location make Port Royal a natural meeting spot that both follows and sets the rhythm of the city together with Hala Koszyki. It’s a two-way relationship — our guests are diverse and demanding: alongside regulars returning for oysters, there are those who come to feel the energy of the place. This mix keeps us sharp and motivates us to maintain consistently high service standards every single day,” – say Karolina Jakimiak-Kwaśniewska and Łukasz Kwaśniewski, owners of Port Royal.
For years, Port Royal has been one of the iconic seafood addresses at Hala Koszyki. Fresh fish, a wide selection of oysters, and a cuisine rooted in simplicity and the finest ingredients bring a Mediterranean atmosphere into a modern, metropolitan setting. Head Chef Miłosz Sroka encourages sharing dishes at the table, naturally fostering a relaxed, urban dining experience.
“At Port Royal, our menu is built on simplicity and the very best product — fresh fish and a broad oyster selection — so that the pure Mediterranean character of the cuisine can truly shine on the plate. Koszyki adds its own rhythm to that,” – says Miłosz Sroka, Head Chef of Port Royal.
Hala Koszyki, which will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the food hall in 2026, has consistently introduced new amenities and initiatives over the past year, strengthening its character as an open, urban social space and marking a strong entry into its tin jubilee year.
