During the upcoming weekend, Hala Koszyki will transport you to the legendary Studio 54, making you feel like a star! In celebration of Koszyki’s 5th birthday, we’ll journey back in time to the memorable 70s and the golden era of disco. The program will include fantastic live music mixed by the best Warsaw DJs, vinyl fairs, vinyl painting workshops, and contests with prizes.

While Hala Koszyki has been in existence since 1909, it transformed into a unique culinary hotspot and a favorite meeting place for the people of Warsaw in the fall of 2016, redefining its place on the city’s map. To honor the 5th birthday of Poland’s most popular food hall, on October 22 and 23, Hala Koszyki at Koszykowa 63 will be turned into ‘Studio 63,’ inspired by the legendary Manhattan club. The ambiance of 70s discotheques will be created by iconic artists and DJs: Marek Sierocki, DJ Boogie, Say Mikey, and the Warsaw Motown Band.
The 70s, of course, are synonymous with vinyl records! That’s why on Friday, from 7 PM to 9 PM at Koszyki, you can purchase them at the Winyl Market Disco Showcase. On Saturday and Sunday, there will be vinyl painting and album cover design workshops, as well as a unique cover art exhibition.
In celebration of Koszyki’s 5th birthday, we invite you to participate in a contest for the best 70s disco-themed outfit. How to participate?
1. Visit Hala Koszyki during the birthday weekend.
2. Take a photo in a 70s disco-themed outfit.
3. Post the photo on your Instagram profile (public) with the hashtags #studio63 and #halakoszyki.
Prizes in the contest are vouchers for a dinner at a selected restaurant in Hala Koszyki. Details can be found in the competition rules.
