Hala Koszyki Celebrates 8th Anniversary. The First Polish Food Hall Marks the Occasion in a "Spooky" Style!
Hala Koszyki Celebrates Eight Years with a Halloween Birthday Weekend
For the past eight years, Hala Koszyki has been attracting crowds of culinary adventurers, art lovers, and those seeking unforgettable experiences. On October 25-26, the iconic food hall invites everyone to join in the Halloween Birthday Weekend celebrations.
Hala Koszyki is a place where unique gastronomic concepts complement each other, offering a relaxed atmosphere for meetings around the table, regardless of the time of day, season, or occasion. It blends culinary, aesthetic, and artistic experiences, enriching the gastronomic landscape of Warsaw for eight years.
“Eight years ago, we not only opened the doors of the meticulously restored, over 100-year-old former market hall, but also introduced the first food hall in Poland. We created a new standard and formula for modern gastronomy. We invited Warsaw residents and visitors from outside the capital to embark on a pioneering culinary journey, which continues to this day. Many of the restaurants that have been part of Hala Koszyki from the beginning are celebrating their eighth anniversary with us, and they are co-authors of the enduring magic of this place,” says Piotr Krowicki, Marketing Manager of Hala Koszyki, Globalworth Poland.
Hala Koszyki is also well known for its rich event calendar. During the last weekend of October, the food hall will offer a range of birthday-themed attractions with a Halloween twist. On Friday and Saturday, from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM, the mezzanine will host a Silent Disco, where guests can dance to sets by three popular DJs: Wae, Elektik Selektah, and Suwak on the Streets.
The highlight of the event will be the birthday concert. The star duet of the evening, Karaś/Rogucki, will take the stage.
A costume contest will also be held, with exciting prizes from Mercedes, including weekend rides in the new Mercedes Benz GLC and GLA models, as well as a full-day Tech Experience training. For fans of Halloween styling, the “Kryolana” booth will offer professional makeup services to help guests get into the spooky spirit of this unique weekend.
With its distinctive character and an ever-expanding gastronomic offering, Hala Koszyki remains one of the most important places on Warsaw’s culinary map, while adding a local flavor to this part of the city. “We have created a place with a unique history, ready for new challenges and inspiring events,” emphasizes Weronika Maria Kuna, MRICS, Asset Management and Leasing Manager at Hala Koszyki, Globalworth Poland.
