Hala Koszyki and Arcade Bee are writing a new chapter in urban entertainment
The launch of original experiences and entertainment opens a new chapter in the evolution of Warsaw’s food hall.
Hala Koszyki — Poland’s first food hall — and Arcade Bee, the country’s first large-scale, original professional entertainment concept in a barcade format, are joining forces and inviting guests into a newly opened space designed for high-quality, diverse leisure in an urban style.
Arcade Bee is a platform for meetings and entertainment, offering a wide range of attractions and interactive games seamlessly combined with the culinary offer of the food hall. The new space, designed specifically for Hala Koszyki, is part of the celebrations marking a decade of Koszyki’s presence on the map of Warsaw. This step not only enriches the offer and tenant mix of Poland’s first food hall, but above all deepens its role as a place for meetings, experiences, and urban leisure culture.
Arcade Bee is an elegant yet contemporary, neon-lit space designed with meticulous attention to detail. It combines a bar with a rich selection of attractions and interactive games. This new format on the Polish market — a modern center for active entertainment and events — draws inspiration from Anglo-Saxon traditions of shared leisure and collective experiences.
Located on the redesigned level -1 of Hala Koszyki, the venue spans over 850 sqm and brings together classic forms of entertainment with modern solutions: pinball machines and arcade games alongside dedicated competition zones, shuffleboards, interactive darts, and a unique-in-Warsaw set of Crazy Billiards tables — a hybrid of billiards, mini golf, and pinball. This is an original Arcade Bee concept, previously unavailable in Warsaw. The venue also features private karaoke rooms, an intimate stage for live performances, and an extensive cocktail menu with a bar concept created for long evening gatherings, curated by experienced bartenders.
Hala Koszyki is an institution-like place that has been shaping the fabric of central Warsaw for over a hundred years. As Poland’s first food hall, it has long combined carefully selected culinary concepts with a cultural program and a culture of meetings — at the table and beyond. By adding a new function, Arcade Bee complements this story, creating a space where guests can first enjoy the cuisine of Koszyki and then stay longer — for a music event, an evening of friendly competition, or a corporate gathering. This synergy of gastronomy, culture, local vibe, and entertainment is one of the pillars of Hala Koszyki and a key theme of the “Nowa Karta Warszawy” project. The initiative brings together history, flavor, and authenticity — the elements that define the identity of this place — creating a space where different tastes, styles, and experiences coexist.
“Arcade Bee is a premiere we have been carefully preparing for several months, giving Hala Koszyki a new meaning as an urban destination for meetings. From the very beginning, we have combined top-quality gastronomy with culture and a metropolitan atmosphere, constantly surprising and inspiring. We are confident that Arcade Bee will quickly become one of Warsaw’s must-visit places and will attract regular guests who combine entertainment with the culinary offer of Hala Koszyki,”
says Weronika Maria Kuna, MRICS, Asset Management and Leasing Manager, Globalworth Poland.
The interior design of Arcade Bee was prepared by Archas Design Studio. The concept was implemented in close operational cooperation with the Koszyki team, ensuring aesthetic and functional consistency with the rest of the venue. As a result, Arcade Bee is an organic extension of the Hall’s style and standards — a place known for its attention to design, atmosphere, and tenant quality, consistently maintaining the highest level of offer and aesthetics.
“The dialogue between an experienced venue operator and a new concept lies at the heart of this planned transformation. It is a partnership in which each side contributes its expertise — combining the architecture of the space, a network of renowned culinary concepts, and the know-how of a professional entertainment operator — to reach a new level of creating experiences for guests: residents, tourists, local communities, as well as companies and groups using the offer on special occasions,” summarizes Maciej Podlasin, Operations Director of Arcade Bee.
The premiere of Arcade Bee comes at a special moment in Koszyki’s history, as the Hall celebrates its tin jubilee. It has also been awarded the Superbrands title for the third time, confirming its strong position and the trust of its guests. The introduction of a new entertainment format demonstrates that Koszyki continues to evolve, consistently developing its functions while combining the site’s heritage with new trends and the needs of urban life.
Arcade Bee at Hala Koszyki is addressed to a broad spectrum of users: from couples looking for an unconventional evening, through groups of friends wanting to spend time actively, to organizers of corporate and cultural events. A rich calendar of performances and events is also planned — from acoustic concerts and stand-up shows to themed nights and tournaments — designed to animate the space beyond standard dining hours and align with the curated cultural program of Koszyki.
“The new entertainment format brings a dimension of professional leisure to Koszyki and fits perfectly into the idea of the ‘Nowa Karta Warszawy,’ which we have been developing for several months. It marks another stage in the evolution of the tenant mix and the place itself. In the anniversary year of its decade-long presence, Koszyki once again confirms its position as an urban destination combining cuisine, culture, and social encounters, expanding its offer with new reasons to visit and stay longer in the Hall. We invite you to discover this new chapter of Koszyki,” adds Weronika Maria Kuna, MRICS.
