Hala Koszyki and the Julian Cochran Foundation cordially invite all music-loving children between the ages of 5 and 12 to free classes “little Classics on Koszyki – ukulele playing classes”.
This spring, the Koszyki Hall will be home to music. One thing is certain: small music lovers are in for an unforgettable adventure – learning to play the ukulele.
During the classes, participants will master chords and learn well-known and well-loved children’s songs.
Classes will be held on Saturdays and will last 45 minutes (April/May/June 2023, excluding 8.04, 29.04 and 13.05.2023) will be led by teachers from the Warsaw music school – Music Place. They will introduce children to the world of music.
10:00-10:45 am – 1 group (children aged 5 to 7 years)

Ukulele (instruments) and materials will be provided by the organizers.
The previous project – “Winter holidays in Hala Koszyki – ukulele workshops” was nominated in the plebiscite Sunflowers 2022 for the best initiatives for children!
Enrollment:
I. free classes are intended for children aged 5-12 years (number of children in a group max. 8, the order of registration decides);
II. classes will be held in two age groups:
– 10:00-10:45 a.m. 1 group (children aged 5 to 7 years)
– h. 11:00-11:45 – 2 group (children aged 8 to 12 years)
III. participation in the classes is possible only after sending an application by email to:
info@cochranpianocompetition.com and receive confirmation of participation from us;
IV. In the application, we kindly ask you to provide:
– name, surname and age of the child (participant 5-12 years old);
– contact number of the guardian
– the dates of the activities you are interested in.
Place: office of Julian Cochran Foundation, 1st floor of Hala Koszyki (next to Aclari store).
