Apart from investing their own capital, Griffin Real Estate manages the Polish assets of some global management funds. Among these funds are Oaktree Capital Management, who has been Griffin’s strategic partner for a few years now, as well as Pacific Investment Management Corporation (PIMCO), who’s debut transaction on the Polish market was the common investment in Echo Investment SA. The third investor whose capital will be managed by Griffin Real Estate is Redefine.

Griffin supports many social initiatives, including Jan Karski Educational Foundation. Griffin’s properties are often used for the promotion of artistic projects initiated by Griffin Art Space, an institution formed to support and promote art.

Przemysław Krych and Maciej Dyjas, the main shareholders of Griffin Real Estate, are also main shareholders of the private equity Cornerstone Partners fund which together with Bridgepoint fund purchased Smyk this January. Soon after that together with Oaktree they took over ProService Transfer Agency.
